Remember, Biden Means What He Says

At the Vice Presidential debate, in clarifying the 47% comment made by Romney, Paul Ryan pointed out Joe Biden's history of gaffes. Said Paul Ryan, "Mitt Romney's a good man. He cares about 100 percent in this country, and with respect to that quote, I think the vice president very well knows that sometimes the words don't come out of your mouth the right way."

This comes on the heels of another statement where Biden admitted Obama's presidency were burying the middle class:

Biden accused Romney of planning to raise taxes on the middle class to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy, saying, "How they can justify raising taxes on a middle class that has been buried the last four years? How in Lord's name can they justify raising their taxes with these tax cuts?"Republicans pounced, calling Biden's remark that the middle class has been buried for four years a "stunning admission." The Obama campaign called that a "desperate and out-of-context attack."The vice president shrugs off his tendency to shoot from the hip. In May, he said, "No one has ever doubted I mean what I say. The problem is I sometimes say all that I mean."

Interesting that he responds to that by saying "...I sometimes say all that I mean." Look below to learn a little more about what Biden means...
