This guy doesn't know when to quit. He knows very well that this House will NEVER pass the Buffet rule. It simply is not going to happen with this Congress. The only scenario that I see is a distant possibility is if Obama were to agree to trillions in debt reduction and Boehner than conceded to the Buffet rule. But, we all know Obama will never agree to the kind of cuts that Republicans want. So, this will not happen.
But, the President continues to push for it. This is, quite obviously, posturing for the campaign.
This approach is getting very boring.
